New Post:

All Star Parents:

As we close the doors to another successful school year, there are other doors that will be open this summer!  Outside of our Kindergarten entrance now stands a Free Little Library!  This project came for the leadership of Mrs. Orlando, Mrs. Dex, and our Student Council this year.

The idea behind this project was to promote reading all year round within our Beacon Tree community.  This is a library where you can come and take a book to read, and (if you wish) leave a book for someone else to read!  So far, we have a stock of books looking for someone to read them, but our collection can always grow!

There is no cost to this program.  Just come on up and take a book, enjoy it, and bring it back when you are done!  Easy, simple, fun!  If you would like to make book donations, please feel to add them to the library!  It will be interesting to see how our collection of books changes when we return for the 2018-2019 school year!

Thank you to our Student Council for coming up with such a great idea!  We hope that our Beacon Tree community enjoys the Free Little Library for years to come!

Last, but certainly not least, we are still looking to see if anyone is interested in starting a Lego Robotics Program here at Beacon Tree.  I have placed a link below with information to help get a program started.  If you have questions about the program, please feel free to contact me so that I can answer any questions you may have.

I hope that each of you have a wonderful summer, and we will see everyone on Tuesday, September 4th, 2018!
